No shipping costs are charged for the delivery of the embroidery files with a download link.

ATTENTION: The delivery of the embroidery files is realized by providing a download link in the customer account. The customer account is created automatically during the order process. The download link will not be sent by e-mail. For technical reasons, the files can be downloaded a maximum of 99 times and for a period of a maximum of 1000 days from the date of activation.

Activation of the download link

• Immediate activation when paying with PayPal = INSTANT-DOWNLOAD
• When you chose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment) we will provid the download link after we received the payment. This might take some days. An information about the activation will be sent by e-mail (please check your spam folder).
